In this blog, we will uncover the distinct traits and tendencies of four key zodiac signs of Lewis Media’s Project Management team and their impact on the workplace. The Project Management team of four at Lewis Media is comprised of Pisces, Virgo, Cancer, and Scorpio. If we break down by elements, that’s three water signs and one earth sign. Water and earth signs complement each other well in professional settings. Together, we foster a harmonious blend of productivity, creativity, empathy, practicality, and, ultimately, success.

Although we share strengths and work well together, we also each have our own unique skill sets, giving us cohesive, synergetic coverage in the workplace. Here's an overview of how these signs may approach project management based on their typical traits:

Virgo (August 23 - September 22):

However, from our experience, there is merit and truth in how our specific zodiac signs directly impact our work habits. Our Virgo is our go-to girl for meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and streamlining our processes.  The Pisces leads our team with grace and pushes us while remaining extremely supportive. The Cancer is our ultimate team player who values collaboration and harmony. I would say that I, as a Scorpio, am determined and passionate by nature, always striving to refine my skills.
