Our process ensures that we develop a mutually agreed upon media strategy before diving into tactics. The strategy is purposely tied to goals and objectives and defines the impact that media can deliver. This is a data-driven output.

Defining KPIs is embedded into this process, will determine how to measure success, and informs all aspects of tactical planning, including:

  • Awareness—impressions, reach, CPM, video views/completion rate
  • Engagement—click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), time on site, view-through rate
  • Conversions—cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue, lead generation

Media strategy development also requires collaboration with brand and creative partners to ensure all parties are aligned and all goals met.
