Position: Digital Performance Specialist

Lewis Media Partners is looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to help grow our team. The Digital Performance Specialist will provide support and work closely with our digital team to help run and optimize our paid display and social campaigns. The position is focused on increasing campaign performance across multiple clients to achieve client goals and objectives. This person should have an appetite for data, a passion to drive campaign success, and a curiosity leading to innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Optimization

  • Ensure campaigns spend and deliver to pace
  • Use bid optimization strategies to drive efficiencies for the client
  • Evaluate inventory sources and make changes as needed
  • Make recommendations to planners to increase campaign performance
  • Test new optimization tactics to drive performance
  • Have an active role in campaign set ups for buying and trafficking
  • Be involved in creative optimization strategies and implementations

Reporting

  • Leverage reports and analyze data to make data-informed optimizations
  • Reports out to planners for updates on campaign performance

Role Development

  • Stay up to date on latest platform changes and technology to drive maximum benefits for clients
  • Work closely with planners and analyst to develop strategies and build split testing campaigns
  • Keep team updated and recommend on optimization best practices and learnings

Qualifications:

  • Related internship experience or 1 year of work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Heavy attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Proven communication skills
  • Proven organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and be a team player
  • Eagerness to learn
