Account Executive

Lewis Media Partners is currently searching for an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in defining the strategy, working with a team, and driving execution for the growth and retention of our clients. As an entry-level AE, you will help build, manage, and evolve the company to meet our internal growth goals as well as help grow success for our clients.

This is a critical role at LMP and an exciting time for our company – we have onboarded a business intelligence tool and top-notch analysts to help not only drive smarter media choices but to better understand how that media effects a client’s business. We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker and someone who can self-manage.  Our ideal candidate will be inquisitive, flexible, self-motivated, and hands-on for all aspects of a client’s business.

In this highly visible role, you will help determine the best media strategy and efficient campaign execution; be an effective team leader and player; create new ideas to grow client business and help to create and communicate data insights.  You will report directly into the President and VP of the company.

This role is based in our Richmond, VA office.

What We’ll Expect

  • 2+ years of account management with exposure to paid media planning/buying, including a focus of online media
  • Thorough knowledge of the development of media strategy
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
  • Thorough knowledge of media research tools for the development of target audience profiles and behaviors
  • Familiarity to create detailed media briefs and accurately and quickly share client input and feedback on campaigns and campaign performance with the internal team
  • Development of POV’s
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • Knowledge of media tools (ad serving, research) and procedures (both media and inter-department)
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities especially the skills to work with tight deadlines and on multiple clients and projects
  • The ability to work independently without daily oversight
  • Understands the concepts of reach, frequency, frequency management, ROI and latency
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members
  • An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  •  Bachelor’s Degree
